Nice to meet you! I’m Audrey, an American user-advocate and innovator. I spend my time working between Munich, Germany and New York City in the USA as a UX researcher and designer. I am currently employed at an enterprise software company providing a cloud-based process mining solution, though my professional experience began with a technical emphasis in 3D modeling, animation and printing. My goal is to create useful and exciting new products, as well as conduct research and tailor solutions to user needs.
My work has given me the privilege of solving complex design challenges across a variety of industries and opportunities to meet people across the globe. My toolbox includes a variety of user-research techniques like eyetracking studies and field interviews, while I have also employed more unconventional approaches to measure the user experience with physical, 3D printed prototypes and click-mockups. From my work developing industrial machines at Bosch-Siemens to the development of an enterprise process-mining software at Celonis, the thread that ties together my professional experience has always been a passion for user-centered design.
